The Sony Clie SJ20 is on the low-end of Sony's PDAs. It's more of a straight
PDA without the flash of many of the Sony models. But, as most Sony PDAs seem
to be, the SJ20 is a pretty solid product.
The SJ20 has 16 MB of memory, which is good for a model without the
multimedia features. The screen has good resolution, but it's monochrome. The
monochrome screen is perhaps the biggest fault of the SJ20.
The Sony SJ20 has gotten some good reviews and some not so good. Of 172 votes
on one web site, 87% recommended the SJ20.

The primary complaint about the Sony SJ20 is that the screen is difficult
to read. Additionally, a few users reported that their screen broke easily. But
obviously, these complaints are in the minority.
