HP IPAQ 3950 Review

The HP IPAQ 3950 is a nice upgrade from previous IPAQ models. The screen has seen a big improvement. The 3950 has a good processor, wireless capabilities, and some nice software, including the ability to use your 3950 as a remote control. But it's rather expensive for what it offers.
